RETURN and REFUND
RETURNS
our 14-day policy is in effect. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed after you got the product.
Your item has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original box as well.
There are some products that cannot be returned. It is not possible to return perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Hazardous items, flammable liquids or gases, and personal or sanitary products are also not accepted.
We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.
You may request a return by sending an email to return@flydronez.co.uk, where you will get the address and all the information needed to return the item.
Kindly refrain from returning your item to the firm or manufacturer’s address.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item when it has been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
Within a predetermined number of days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Check your bank account once again if you haven’t gotten your refund yet.
Next, get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

ITEMS FOR SALE (IF APPLICABLE)
regretfully, refunds are only available for normal priced purchases; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
TRANSACTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
Items are only replaced if they are faulty or broken. Please email sales@flydronez.co.uk if you need to swap it for the same item.
GIFTS
You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was sent straight to you after being purchased and tagged as a gift. You will get a gift voucher in the mail after the returned item is received.
We will provide the present donor a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn’t identified as a gift when it was bought or if they had the order shipped to them so they could give it to you later.
SHIPPING
You may request a return by sending an email to return@flydronez.co.uk, where you will get the address and all the information needed to return the item.
When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.
The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.
Consider utilising a trackable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if the item you are transporting costs more than £80. We make no promises as to when we will get your returned goods.
